Attend a CarFit Event

CarFit is a program designed to help older adults optimize the fit of their car to their personal needs and physical abilities. It is a free, community-based program where trained professionals assess and adjust various aspects of a vehicle, such as the seat position, mirror adjustments, steering wheel placement, and more, to ensure that the driver is comfortable, safe, and able to operate the vehicle effectively. The goal is to enhance driving safety and comfort, reduce the risk of injury, and increase independence on the road for older drivers. Find a CarFit event near you, a free virtual education event or complete the self assessment to ensure you are safe in your vehicle!
